Emílio only has one ram left. After a first failed attempt to sell it, he is forced to go on a trip, through the rural landscape, to secure the sale of his animal.

After a journey through advertising documentary cinema in the USA, Daniel Soares makes his fiction debut, countering his prior fast pace with a surprising silence and slowness. A man and his ram embark on a road movie that turns the Portuguese landscape into a rocky Texas in a fable against the inevitability of things, against oblivion and abandonment, which somehow extend the director's most sustained work, Forgotten.
