After Life in Loops: the Megacities Remix, Timo Novotny dives into the urban underworld and explores the magic of some of the most emblematic subways of the world, like New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Moscow, beginning and ending in Vienna. A cosmopolitan experience of hubs and tube corridors, inhabited everyday by citizens who are part of each other’s lives briefly, opposed to surface agitation. But in this visual essay, the subway is more than a public transport.
