Traces of a Diary it’s conceived as a sort of traveler’s diary, a film notebook on the work of some of the more relevant contemporary Japanese photographers. Throughout a series of meetings with the photographers, the directors reflect upon nature and on the act of making images and telling stories, on the diary process itself. Shooting with two 16mm Krasnogork3 cameras, Martins e Príncipe stress the rawness of the spontaneous and contingent.
