The film is a mix of live action and animation. Victor Bergdahl works with a painting. Suddenly it continues to be painted by invisible hands. It is beautiful but Bergdahl is awaken from his artist dreams. Captain Grogg arrives to get his portrait painted. Bergdahl fills a syringe from which a jet of colour by some magic the portrait is painted. But Grogg dislikes the result, especially the nose. More noses are done, and he doesn’t like any of them. Grogg chases Bergdahl around the room. In the end Bergdahl walks out with Grogg under his arm.
