In this mediaeval religious comedy of manners, situated in the thirteenth century, a usurer comes to the end of his life and faces a moral dilemma. He will undoubtedly end up in hell. Is there any way he could turn things around? The film is spoken entirely in the languages of the time: Occitan, Langue d’Oïl and Latin.
