Impression of a War

It’s impossible to tell the history of violence in Colombia. An internal and interminable armed conflict has had its lines of demarcation become indecipherable and it’s merely a part of life in this country. But Restrepo tries to tell this story.

Director's Bio

Born in Medellín, Colombia in 1975, Camilo Restrepo lives and works in Paris. His films have been selected for the Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes and for festivals including Toronto and New York. He has won the Pardino d’Argento at the Locarno Film Festival twice.
