Border was filmed around the temporary border of the ‘Republic of Serbian Krajina’ (1991-95), one of the focal points in the Yugoslavian/Croatian war. Twelve years after the end of the conflict, delapidated, destroyed houses act as unintentional memorials, warding off oblivion.
