A mother and a promise. “If the dead command the living”, sings a woman that promised her mother she would find the father she never knew and settle the score with him, for both of them. Upon the rumour that he died, she doesn’t quit and continues searching for him.
Director's Bio
Born in Medellín, Colombia in 1975, Camilo Restrepo lives and works in Paris. His films have been selected for the Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes and for festivals including Toronto and New York. He has won the Pardino d’Argento at the Locarno Film Festival twice.
