Director's Bio

Jan Verdijk tells stories between funny and horrid that have something to say about the world we live in. He works with genre elements and his strange and absurd films, where nothing ends happily, always have human relationships at its core.

Verdijk has directed various commercials and award-winning short films, including A Man Falls From The Sky and Wild. He is currently developing a middle-length film for Videoland and writing a feature film.
