The warm up party usually marks the launch of IndieLisboa’s new edition. This time we go to Cais do Sodré to meet Karel. His music can be described as synthesizer pop, created through electronic drums and synthesizers. Karel’s synth pop influences can be found in 80s bands like Level 42, New Order and Duran Duran, but also in contemporary bands like John Maus and The Knife. The forward trio Chima Hiro, Telma and Hadi Zeidan will keep up the unstoppable cadence of dancing, sweating and tears of joy.
