This has been the motto of our latest editions of IndieJunior. The idea is still the same: to screen fun and interesting films, which stimulate the imagination and maturation in an unusual way. How are these films different from the rest? These films are not being screened at the cinema or television. Watching them is a unique experience. Yara Kono (Planeta Tangerina) is the illustrator invited to create the image of IndieJunior 2016: “The crow is the symbol of the festival and the central figure of this year’s poster. There are three levels of information with different pallets of color, which sets them apart, and an almost subliminal, yet intentional, way of reading the information: for the elements that should be read first, green; for the more abstract elements (in between other more figurative ones), yellow; for the elements which represent movement, the unpredictability of children, red.”
