Arrivederci Macau

My intention was to walk with a small team through Manuel Vicente’s Macau and this promenade full of quirks, food, words and laughter, makes the man appear. Little by little, we find the traits that characterize the architecture of Macau. An oriental place with Portuguese features or a Portuguese with oriental traits. A place that we wanted to rediscover in this documentary, from the events that triggered Manuel Vicente in that territory. Walking and wandering around town with him, as a flannêur, we discover his architectural work, geometrically very pronounced in external lines, his brand in the urban landscape. (Rosa Cabral)
