Before the press conference, to be held on March 27th, where IndieLisboa next edition will be unveiled, the production of the Festival discloses, in anticipation, some films of IndieLisboa’12 line-up.
The oficial opening screening will be held on April 26th, at Cinema São Jorge, with Dark Horse directed by Todd Solondz. This film tell us the story of Abe, a man on his thirties, still living in his parents house, deeply attached to his childhood and his toys that he simply can’t get rid of.
In the same comic and caustic tone and also concerning childhood, the closing screening will feature Le Skylab, directed by Julie Delpy. This screening will take place in Culturgest, on May 5th. The final screening of IndieLisboa’12 will present the eagerly awaited Take Shelter by Jeff Nichols, on Sunday, May 6th. In this film we don’t know if we are dealing with the main character’s premonition or obsession.
