After having shown a selection of Portuguese Cinema in London and Ljubljana, IndieLisboa Days – Portuguese Cinema On Tour will be in Istanbul from November 18th to 22nd.
In collaboration with the prestigious Pera Museum in Istanbul, IndieLisboa will present for the first time to the local audience the documentaries Ruínas by Manuel Mozos (winner of the prize for best Portuguese film at IndieLisboa’09), Movimentos Perpétuos by Edgar Pêra (winner of the prize for best Portuguese film at IndieLisboa’06), Balaou by Gonçalo Tocha (winner of the prize for best Portuguese film at IndieLisboa’06), the fiction film A Zona by Sandro Aguilar and a selection of five short films that were part of IndieLisboa’09 programme (Visionary Iraq by Gabriel Abrantes, Arca d’Água by André Gil Mata, Pássaros by Filipe Abranches, Um Roupão Vermelho Sangue by Pedro Caldas and Crime/Abismo Azul/Remorso Físico by Edgar Pêra).
