Canais TVCine & Séries: o IndieLisboa no pequeno ecrã

Canais TVCine & Séries are the sponsor of the Special Jury Award, this year composed of Jorge Cramez, Silvio Grasselli and Anna Hoffmann. The winning film’s exhibition rights in Portugal will be bought by the channel and Canais TVCine and Séries will schedule the exclusive screenings of some of the gems of IndieLisboa 2016.

Besides the special program of short films that the channels have been airing, which include interviews with the directors of the film festival and some of the most promising national directors, Canais TVCine and Séries will show some of IndieLisboa 2016’s selected films, such as Une histoire américaine by Armel Histiou, starring this year’s Independent Hero Vincent Macaigne, and Une Jeuness Allemande by Jean-Gabriel Périot. If you haven’t seen these films in the big screen, you can still watch them in the small one. The film with Macaigne will be screened on May 7th and 8th, at 13h20 and 3h10 respectively, on TVC2. And Périot’s film is scheduled for May 22th and 23h at 1h20 and 4h05 respectively, on TVC2. TVC2 has been showing the winner of the City of Lisbon Feature Film Grand Prize of last year’s IndieLisboa. Aferim!, by Radu Jude, is shown on May 1st at 13h45, on TVC3.
