Festa de encerramento de regresso à garagem da Culturgest

We return to a place where we were once happy. In the next Saturday, on April 30th, at 23h30, IndieLisboa’s spectators are invited to be carried away by the lulling of the two IndieMusic screenings at Culturgest – Mali Blues (18h) and Key Tonic (21h) – and to celebrate with us the end of one more edition of IndieLisboa, at Culturgest’s garage. Music for change, music for life. Mali Blues is a Malian band that fights the menace of radical Islamism in Africa. They travel all over their country trying to reconcile through music what was broken by the imposition of the Sharia law.

The screening of Key Tonic, which is powered by Jameson, will let the audience discover the history of electro pop in Portugal. This is the most recent work by Eduardo Morais, a filmmaker who has made several music documentaries. After the screening, there’s IndieLisboa closing party at midnight, which includes a concert by Ghost Hunt and an electro party held by W.A.S.T.E. Club, in which there will be a DJ Set by Nunchuck, with the help of a VJ Set by Lena Hurácan. Afterwards, the DJ Rui Miguel Abreu ends the party beautifully. An invitation or a ticket from any of the last screenings of the day at Culturgest, Cinema São Jorge, Cinema Ideal or Cinemateca Portuguesa will give you access to the party (limited to the available space).
