Love is a dramatic romantic story seen from a sexual point of view. Noé had the idea in 98 with Cassel and Bellucci in mind but they turned it down. Years later, l’enfant terrible sticks to the plan and films in 3D explicit sex scenes between two young lovers.
IndieLisboa premieres the most recent film by controvertial director Gaspar Noé. A rated X screening that offers to the spectator a tridimentional immersion into the intimacy of a couple. In the 24 of April (Sunday), at 21h45, in Cinema São Jorge.
After his debut feature Seul contre tous (1998), the enfant terrible of French cinema challenged Vincent Cassel and Monica Bellucci with the idea for this Love. They liked the idea of a love story told from a sexual point of view but, being them together at that time, they didn’t feel at ease to expose their intimacy in explicit scenes. Irreversible was then made, but Noé returned to this old project. Irreverent as always, the director uses 3D technology to shoot an intense love story. Sex in 3D. come along.
