Since its creation in 2011, it has been consolidating its activity and growing the number of appliances and partners. Short and long movies, all kinds related (documentaries, fiction, animation or experimental) and in all stages of production can be found amoung the appliances.
Cinema Support Fund acts as a complementary tool to support the Portuguese speaking countries film production such as Portugal, Angola or Brasil.
Portugal is witnessing the arrival of emerging film makers who are contributing to the growing of Portuguese cinema. We are watching the talent of a young generation who is starting to reach an international awareness.
These film makers need to keep on filming despite the fact that the State has not regulated the subventions or given them money. It is urgent. That is the mission of Cinema Portuguese Fund.
We want to raise five thousand Euros, an amount that will allow us to increase the number of projects supported.
