This year, IndieLisboa, the International Independent Film Festival, have decided to present an image that illustrates the essence of the festival showing up the characteristics of the directors and films that participate in the festival.
The image displays some of their most important characteristics: challenging, groundbreaking, unique, creative, ambitious, inspiring, unrestrained and disruptive. These are the attributes IndieLisboa seeks in the films that can be seen in the festival.
These are also the ingredients that an independent film should incorporate, which is what IndieLisboa presents since its first edition in 2004.
The 8th edition of IndieLisboa – International Independent Film Festival takes place from May 5th to 15th.
